Dedications Page

On this page I will list the four people who have helped me out the most with this website, baseball card collecting and autograph collecting. The four people are listed below.

1. Chapman Thompson, Chap has helped me out so much with this website. He is the one that I send all the files to for him to put up. He is the one who emails me advice whenever anything bad happens. Despite living all the way across the continent from here, Chappie deserves the #1 dedication.

2. Carl Erskine deserves the #2 dedication for being my first through-the-mail autograph success ever, when I was just a novice. Carl could have just refused and thrown the letter and SASE in the trash and never hear from it again like what so many modern baseball players do (Barry Bonds, etc.), but instead he answered my questions very kindly and sent me an autographed card back in my SASE in a timely fashion which motivated me to keep writing and trying to get autographs.

And last, but definitely not least 3. My mom and dad, for motivating me when I hit an obstacle and providing stamps and ever-lasting encouragement that were always useful. Thanks so much.

Thank you to all of you listed on this list for helping me out. I really appreciate it. Also, listed below are eleven other people who helped me out in autograph collecting and baseball card collecting.

Mark from Mark’s Signing Bonus for giving me advice on letter-writing when I was in a major rut

Stefan Bailie, Clint Chauncey, John Nathans, Bryan Hebson, Hanley Ramirez, and the whole 2004 Portland Sea Dogs team for being a great team, and always putting time aside for signing for their many fans (myself included)

Paul Syphers, for giving me almost a complete set of 1987 Topps and five full boxes of basketball cards, and for being a great friend

Paul, owner of Don’s Sportscards Center, for the job offer, great prices, and great advice on cards

Don, former owner and employee of Don’s for his great prices and great advice on cards

Lucas, my cousin and fellow (now former) baseball card collector who got me started on collecting baseball cards

Dick Groat, being my second ttm autograph success and signing the card I sent him so beautifully
